I'm just not a fan of AMD processors.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487076&cm_re=evga_geforce_gtx_970-_-14-487-076-_-ProductThis is what Im currently running, might be a bit too much for your costs, but this thing works a dream, if you are willing to pay the extra I say go for it, it's not Titan (an nVidia card almost a grand in cost) levels of power but damn it does a good job.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487130&cm_re=nvidia_graphics_cards-_-14-487-130-_-ProductHell lets just link it.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127860&cm_re=nvidia_graphics_cards-_-14-127-860-_-ProductSlightly cheaper option to what Im running, valso fits snug into your motherboard.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487091&cm_re=nvidia_graphics_cards-_-14-487-091-_-ProductMore cheap options, same go, less power but still can run a lot of games at max. We're just talking these crazy titles running at 4K, but unless you forked out the couple thousand for the monitor.....I dont see.....anyone doing that realistically.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487025&cm_re=evga_geforce_gtx_950-_-14-487-025-_-ProductLast one.I really like EVGA >.>Theyre a quality company.
Windows 7, 8 is very confusing and did a lot of things wrong....I have no idea about Windows 10.If you get Win7 you can upgrade to Win10 for free if you feel like something more modern, but 7 does the job plain and simple
Damn it, it went up to about 600 bucks, but I'm willing to save up to that.
That builds looking to be a very spicy meatball, though I'd still change to an intel processor.

So, for the price the AMD will do the job very nicely, do some quick research on the AMD card and it should be fine, just to solidify your decision.

Let's talk about the operating systems. So the Chrome OS looks good, but I think that you have to buy the Linux one to get to that one. It says that Linux is free http://www.lugod.org/presentations/intro2linux/page5.htmlbut is that correct? Can I just download the disc from another computer and use it for mine free-of-charge?
Does it have to be microsoft windows? Can't I download it, Ill Eagle Lee?
