Can someone explain to me how semantic memory differs from episodic memory?

Are different parts of the brain active, or is it just our classification? I find the two to be the same.

Why do you Google this stuff instead of asking us?

I don't know the answer to this. It's not my specialty.

I'd have to get a very good  understanding of both things, and I don't feel like I want to study this just now.

Edit: Last time I tried to understand something simple like the difference between the orbital, and medial parts of the brain, I learnt about a lot of things which I've now forgotten since I didn't go into much depth.

It was word after word that I couldn't understand. I went into one word, and then there were 5 more. At the end, I learned that the orbital part is the part that understood the information, and that the medial was the one that showed emotion.

Well sorry bud. I don't have the answer to what you're looking for. Maybe if the problem was software or computer related I'd be able to help.

Do your own homework
It's not a homework. I do this for fun.
