Can I shave my head with a bic razor?

My mom has a bag of bic razors, the disposable kind, and I was wondering if it's alright to use those to shave my head. I don't want to spend like 10 bucks on a new razor. I have some clippers so I'll use that to take away the bulk of my hair and finish it off with the bic razor.

It'll take you a while, and you'll probably end up cutting yourself at least once. I prefer to use my electric beard trimmer to shave my head.
