So here is the deal, i have been trying to get started on getting into shape. So i thought maybe Body Weight Fitness might help and well above is the regimen i plan i following. I know this may be stupid, but is there something else i need to know before i start training?

Mainly asking because this is the first time i actually try to work on my body and well i feel awkward starting up. Makes me feel weird and that i should not be doing it as i have no idea what i am doing. So maybe a good question is, whether starting up and feeling normal working out is something of a mental thing?

Have any of you had issues when starting up?

Anyway will start the routine in 2 and a half hours. Swam earlier so now just resting up before i get started. Will give results on how i feel afterwards.

Keep a log of every thing you eat and how much you drink and weigh and measure yourself weekly.  This way you'll be able to see what does and doesn't work and adjust accordingly.  Get at least 8 hours sleep.

I was in/ am in the same boat as you. For awhile I was stupidly skinny, and the I got "skinny fat" and then I worked that off and I'm working on bulking up.

It's a real thing, but you're right that a lot of attention seeking teens like to pretend they have it. You, on the other hand, actually sound like you're being affected by it, though. I've seen pictures of you and you're unhealthily skinny.

Okay.  Alls I really wanna say is that I don't think I'm unhealthily skinny because my tummy isn't flat.
Now, I am trying to figure out if that is due to actual chub, or if it's from weak stomach muscles and my insides pushing out.

First off how tall are you? 120 could either be just thin, or it can be on that hungry skeletor mode. If it's possible I recommend using weights as it is easier to track, add weight, and feels badass cuz you get strong AF.

You will definitely feel like Bambi the first couple times you workout, don't worry it will get better. It's muscle memory, the more you do it the better and more fluidly you will be able to do the movement(like playing the piano or masturbation with your left hand).

Watch some videos on youtube for form on whatever exercise you do, form is very important!!!

Diet is very important too. To gain weight you're going to want to eat more than your Base metabolic rate(how many calories you burn throughout the entire day from walking/eating/playing vidyagames/sleeping). So if altogether you are buring 2000 calories a day, eating 2300 calories will make you gain weight, and likewise eating 1700 will make you lose it. Google a few BMR calculators to get a good idea of where you should be.

You're going to want to have a balanced diet of Protein, fat, and carbs. Carbs for energy, fat for hormone regulation, and protein for the rebuilding of muscle.

My favorite carb sources:
Pasta
Noodles
Bread
Oatmeal
Ice Cream
Vegetables
Fruit
Chocolate

Fav protein sources:
Chicken
Beef
Eggs
Milk
Cheese
Protein Shakes

Favorite fat sources:
Olive Oil
Nuts
Peanut Butter
Dairy

Most foods will have a mix of protein/carbs/fats. Eat variety! Not because of some broscience but because it keeps you feeling good. Also I recommend getting a multivitamin and eating a few servings of vegetables and fruits everyday, you will feel much better physically. Any more questions ask me I probably left stuff out because I write stuff up like this often so I forget stuff haha
