Probably not.Adamantium can withstand the full brunt of a nuclear bomb, which is said to be several times hotter than the Sun. Lightsabers are essentially just solidified plasma. Now, I'm no physicist, but from what I've read briefly, plasma isn't as potent as a nuclear bomb or the Sun in regards to temperature, so I can't imagine it being particularly abrasive to Adamantium.

I've never actually heard a Jedi or Sith use a lightsaber as a conduit outside the EU, which is no longer canon. It's an oversized, overheated glowstick, dude. It's not a wand.
