I don't like folk music. It takes itself seriously, which is okay, if you're one of the 'folks', but don't expect your music to be automatically viewed seriously. I feel like country music at least knows that it will never ever ever ever be taken seriously. But I'm getting general as fuck here. There has gotta be legitimately good music in almost every extant genre. Why did I bother writing this.

Older country is okay.

I'm a fan of 60s and 70s stuff, even 80s is acceptable, but once you hit the late 90s it's vomit.

Can't stand party country.
