The early twenties is the peak for everyone though. It's all downhill from there. Weight gets put on easier, hair loss kicks in, get stuck in a dead end job, ect. For people like me that missed out on having fun in their youth, they're just stuck with hating the rest of their life.

What if you value wisdom? Experience? Knowledge? Spirituality?
If you live a life with values such as these, you won't peak until you're on your deathbed.
