I joined the Irish society at Uni, but largely because I'm a minority nationality in Wales and most (actually, all) of the events they do are drinking/six nations related.

in 9th grade, during Pe, some girl came up to my friends and i and just chatted for a few minutes. eventually she got to the question "do any of you guys watch anime" and that "you should join the anime club" and i  was like yeah i watch anime but i don't think she heard me

a year later, i have this girl in my geometry class, we become super duper best friends, and yeah. she knows i like to watch the annie mays

i'm surprised she didn't invite me to join last year and this year...?

I think the only club at our school is super cats and the anime club.

Super cats is basically a very energetic school spirit club (our mascot is a wildcat)

I made fun of the anime club to someone who was apparently in it so even if I wanted to Jin I probably couldn't.
