Boneless Wings

So I've noticed that people actually prefer boneless wings, over normal wings. This is beyond me, as all the flavor is the bones. And most boneless wings tend to be very bland versions of chicken fingers.

So why would anyone go with less flavor?
Why would someone have such pleb tier taste in wings?
Also what is your favorite sauce for wings?

As for the sauce, I'm a huge fan of Buffalo Wild wing's spicy Garlic sauce.

Dry rub salt and viniger wings are the best I've ever had

I like boneless at restaurants though because they're less messy and really just chicken poppers with sauce
