Yeah I'm gonna go with its the parents fault for being there with their two year old in the first place. I'm also pissed that they killed five alligators in the process just to find the body.

I like alligators/reptiles in general but I'm cool with it. They've gotta find the body, and the species isn't endangered anymore anyway.
