I was able to get a small reprieve from work by enjoying the content of your forums for a few minutes while testing the load times and speed. Everything seemed find from this end. I will say that because of the server issues we were experiencing it very well could still be related to that. If the issues are not cleared up by tomorrow we can continue to look into this further. One of the best ways to get something resolved, if our call queues are not too high, is to call in and speak to a live technician when you see these problems occurring. If you can see these problems, there is a high possibility you will not be the only one they are happening for. If our technician sees the problem they will be able to trouble shoot further. Again, since we did have an issue with the servers I would give it a little more time to see if it returns to normal, as that may be all the trouble shooting needed. I work tomorrow, and if this is not taken care of by the afternoon, when I work, I will personally look into this for you further. (I am also going to check out Fate/Zero as I am genuinely interested to find new things to watch)Have a great day, and hopefully everything will be fixed soon.

I just got an email back from support about the issue with the slow load times and the error message that I thought I had to share with you guys (in part).
