I clean everything when I'm anxious.

I've caught myself cleaning the kitchen at 3AM purely out of stress many times.

I'm not fully operational contextually to my goals, but I've vastly improved compared to where I was two years ago.
When it was relevant, I also refused medications because I hated the idea of pill dependency. I was prescribed sertroline in high school but it never medicated my environment, from which my problems originally stemmed. When I was hospitalized, I realized that in order for me to retain mental independence I had to change my disposition, otherwise others would always interject in how I conduct my life. I think you're similar in the way that your world perspective can't necessarily be medicated by conventional means; in order for you to find any reprieve you probably have to forge the solution.
I also think that for some medication allows them space to alter their disposition, and there's no shame in that.

I changed my disposition rather than being medicated (and I'm still working on it). Maybe something similar could hypothetically work for you.

anyways i aint got depression, the only ones i hit are "delete/throws away art" (i do this too fuckin much) and occasionally ill doubt my ability which i guess is "i wish i had a talent" which can cross over into "im a waste of space"

and i do sometimes have bad flashbacks to some dumb ass shit i did or said when i was younger

No, it's an ego thing. I just believe I have the mental fortitude to surmount pretty much anything, and I don't want to compromise that for anything. I'm not saying it's rational of me--it's probably the most irrational thing that I believe--but like Epsira said, the thought of being dependent on a drug, instead of my own personal strength and willpower, just KILLS me inside. I won't do it.
