From Bullitt to Black Panther. Which decade produced the best action movies?

The 1980s

Predator, Rambo, Commando, Die Hard, Escape From New York, The Terminator, and Robocop. All legendary action movies. Although some could argue that The Terminator can also be classified as horror.

I'd say from 1990-1995 was good but only Arnold's movies were the best from that era.

2000s James Bond movies were p neat, on top of a few others.

That said, 80’s is pretty much the standout here.
