I don't understand how this happened at all. My icons are huge and I tried to fix it but it can't go back to normal.

On the off chance you're not taking the piss...

Right click a white space, go to where it says 'View' and choose what size you want them to be.

Sign out, log into a guest account, and then sign back in. For some reason theme settings get goofed up every now and then and that's one way to refresh them.

well that means that there's some kind of setting that has been manually (or automatically) changed for that account

go to the Control Panel and test different settings in the Ease of Access Center
