Not sure how I feel about NPH as Olaf yet, I've a feeling I'm going to be missing Carrey in that role. Violet looks almost identical to Emily Browning though

Count Olaf doesn't look quite right to me somehow, although the hair and the beard are on point.

I think the issue with his appearance is that it looks like makeup, whereas Jim Carrey's just looked more natural. I'm hoping that since this is a teaser that the final product will be better.

You can tell he was having a lot of fun in the role, and it was entertaining to watch.

But it wasn't a very good portrayal of Olaf I think. He was too comical in the movie.
