The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.

The angel then led the demon to heaven, where he underwent centuries of the cruelest tortures imaginable. Finally, the pain was so great that he lost consciousness - at which point his dark wings turned the promised shade of white.

Not defending the sky beam as a trope (it's really worn out at this point and lazy as fuck) but Iron Man was the first MCU movie to have a skybeam I think

even then it wasn't the first popular movie to use it

One running theory is that Thanos gets the stones and effectively kills off half the cast, allowing them to reboot characters and introduce others, giving some of the earlier actors like RDJ and Chris Evans a way to bow out of the franchise

I can see them killing Cap off, as for Stark I could see him taking on a role similar to Nick Fury in future films rather than dying.

Looks like a bit of a cluster fuck. I can't see them juggling all these characters all that well even for the MCU.

Cap v Thanos scene looks sick though. I hope they at least try to emulate that part in the comics where they have a stand-off.

Agreed. There's only been what, one hero death in the entire MCU? Aside from Quicksilver I can't think of any one.
