Deci you need to stop feeding the trolls. All they want is to get under your skin and make you do a barrel roll (go into the vicious cycle). It's there, and even I see it, but I know you don't mean to it just happens. You have to let trolls be trolls and ignore them. It's a hard thing to do sometimes, but you just gotta breathe, say it's just the internet, and move forward without giving them the bait that they want.
