And isn't congress nearly all exclusively business men? There's like no engineers, enviromentalists or full-time politicians as far as I know. I used it as an example. ofc I don't want a whole body of decision makers to be fucking scientists. But you need some integrated there as a baseline so they don't fuck up the enviroment and shit.

That's why we have a representative democracy. We vote for senators that care about the environment.
