You know, this shit?

Usually a cowlick has certain parts of your hair grow differently than the rest, which makes it look stupid and it's close to impossible to hold that hair in place without putting 10 pounds of hairspray on.


I happen to have one right on my roots, which makes large parts of my hair potrude on the top and it's a pain in the ass to deal with.

I have one group on the bangs. When it's short it's not noticeable because I keep it combed in one direction (RC would be proud, I'm kind of styling my hair) but when it grows longer and I don't comb it and it becomes more noticeable.

Only when it's short, so like the first two to three weeks after a haircut. After that the bangs get too heavy and long to look good combed and I argue that my hair with the cowlick looks better unkempt at a longer length than combed. And I don't have the money to trim my hair every other month.

It's the complete opposite for me, when short it is the most noticeable, and I cannot control it. However at longer lengths it weighs it down and looks better

In the front which parts to the right. It's not as pronounced with long hair, but when I have medium length hair it's more noticeable. Just means I part most of my hair to the right which looks fine tbh.

I changed up my shampoo and conditioner to some weird kind and have started having problems getting parts of my crown to lay down ever since. I recently decided to wash my hair with soap and didn't have any problems with my crown until I used the shampoo and conditioner again so obviously there's a connection somehow. So I'm probably gong to keep using soap after shampoo until my shampoo runs out and then go back to what I was using.  Not sure if this means I have a cowlick or if it would apply to any of you.

Mine gets worse when I don't keep up with cleaning, i just took a shower yesterday night and my hair is everywhere and is a grease vat.
