It's cheap, it'll work, but it's not Eotech, Aimpoint, Trijicon, Elcan, or Leupold. Look at Truglo. My brother has a Truglo red dot that he likes on this...M&P 15 s-s-sporter. God as my witness, I will never buy an M&P Sporter. Fuck that. FUCK THAT

I've heard about reliability issues. Just plain dumb. There is no reason to by an M&P 15 sporter when the Ruger AR556 is a thing. Cheaper, and more milspec than an M&P 15 sporter will ever be out of the box.
Get a load of these fucking faggots.
I wouldn't mind the no forward assist thing. It's something that to me, is rarely used and serves next to no purpose whatsoever. I don't mind having one, but I'd prefer not to. Other than that, as long as the parts on the rifle are mil-spec, it's fine with me. I actually don't tend to buy rifles fully assembled from companies. I usually custom build them so I know it's done right and in the way I want.

When I find a lower cheap enough I am going to grab it and start building. Slowly, but I'll start.
