Anyone here snore?

I snore loud as fuck. I have a thick neck an I'm heavy with a shorter mouth massage so it's crazy loud.

My dad snores so loud he literally wakes himself up 4-5 times a night. Pretty sure he had apnea and that I'll eventually develop it

I hate it because when I stay the night somewhere I feel so inconsiderate, and I worry that I'm gonna keep everyone up

anyone here snore and have advice for how to lessen it?

I snore like a room full of badgers and chainsaws. They make mouth guards that align your jaw, didn't work for me tho.

People usually cannot tell when I'm actually asleep so they proceed to bother me anyways. I'm motionless and silent when asleep.

Only if my head is elevated and I fall asleep. Which is almost never because I'm a side sleeper.

My husband says my snoring is adorable and not obnoxious luckily. I've only woken myself up a few times but that was when I was really sick. Sleep apnea runs in my family too. I got scared once when my uncle was napping on the couch and he stopped breathing. I ran and got my aunt and I woke him up from freaking out. He wasn't too happy about being woken up, but he understood he scared me.
