My color vision is normal, but my eyes have a rare visual phenomenon called "visual snow" where I constantly see "static" in all lighting conditions. Even when I close my eyes. There is no cure and very little is know about the condition.

This is what it looks like when I look at the color purple.

I actually can't tell what's static on the TV, and what's not. Everything has static.

Well, color is actually subjective and not a concrete concept. We all see colors and shades as different. Light red to one person may be a pink to somebody else. There's a Vsauce video on YouTube about all of it
