Hence why I always post her videos. It pisses people off, and it's hilarious.

She's right about 90% of the shit she says, by the way.

Hilarious how she doesn't allow comments or ratings. She's just a con artist, who makes money off of causing controversy.

Even though she made zero controversial statements in this review at all.

You either die a hero or live long enough to become Mythic..
I don't really care about her opinion.

But the whole "too many white guys" is the dumbest thing said about Movies nowadays.

By far what I found most appealing about The Force Awakens, one of the most anticipated films of the decade in one of the most universally beloved film franchises of all time, is that its two main characters are a white woman and a black man.
Why does that even matter? Like, her favourite thing about the film (by far) is the skin colour and gender of the two leads. Not their performances or their characters, just... the way they look. Seriously, this isn't something unusual in film today.

The problem with the feminist ideology in a nutshell. Who cares about the real-world problems women face every day? Let's just cram as many female leads into movies and video games as possible and hope that solves everything!

I generally don't have issues with what she says (Although sometimes she's said some dumb shit), but her tone and voice make me want to eat pine cones.

No one says it actually solves anything, though. Not her, not me, and no feminist I've ever heard of.

His eyebrows sparkling, his white beard hangs down to his chest. The thatched mats, spread outside his chise, spread softly, his splendid attos. He polishes, cross-legged, his makiri, with his eyes completely absorbed.

He is Ainu.

The god of Ainu Mosir, Ae-Oine Kamuy, descendant of Okiku-Rumi, He perishes, a living corpse. The summers day, the white sunlight, unabrushed, ends simply through his breath alone.

To be fair, media is generally a reflection of culture. 50 years ago, a black or female lead was rare outside of niche television or film. Nowadays, women and black men can be protagonists in a culturally significant film series.

Basically, it's a symptom of change, not THE change. The change is in the population's mindset.

It's still dumb to hold that over actual quality of characters and plot.

People have different values and expectations. For a cynical feminist such as herself, the casting choices might have come off like a pleasant surprise, given the history of not only the Star Wars series, but film in general. Either way, I don't think it matters that much. To harp on what she considers her personal favorite part of the movie seems petty.

That's very rarely ever enough for her. She also has to be strong and likable and not sexually exploited. You can argue all day whether she's a Mary Sue or not (I don't think she is), but yeah, there's a lot more to it than just that.

keeps her from being another example of the tired “strong female character” type we’ve seen too much of these past few decades.
