Approaching 0 =/= 0.
Geometrically, each time you add a side to a 3D object, it becomes more like a sphere. So a die with infinite sides is going to approach a ball shape, and you can't really "roll" a ball and expect a definite number to show up, much less do it infinite times.
Actually, the probability of rolling any of the sides would be zero.
