The grass is always greener on the other side. However I will say I've gotten farther with males than I ever have with females. I was able to at least tell a guy I had a crush on him, albeit it wasn't face to face (if it was, I probably would be stuck in the same situation I've been stuck on with girls).

Depends on the person. A week is probably the limit, but it really comes down to the girl, what she's doing, how things are going, etc.

But several days? That shouldn't be anything to worry about, not at 23. Shit, both people are grown adults working full time, its not like high school where you could expect a text before the end of the night.
