We broke up because she ended up with some Chad 19 year old football player. Broke my heart it really did. I went complete no contact, not replying to a single text or call or anything.

Well she just dropped a huge message to me about how she is still in love with me, and all this other super cheesey stuff that I really think is actually genuine. Over the years she has constantly tried to get closure with me, everytime I never even budged cause i'm kinda childish and also that's the point of no contact.

How do I reply to her? I'm not going to get back together with her obviously but I still do care about her a lot cause she was my first mannn. I really have no idea how i should reply

Brah believe me i'm like THE person to understand that sloots gonna sloot and all that, but the situation is kind of different. Even before I was how I am now she made various attempts of getting me back. Like every two months she would text me. All her friends would tell me how she still thought about me and stuff like that, and she would make various attempts to talk to me at public events. This has been going on for 3 years, but she never really confronted me so openly like she did now. 

I think you are contemplating gettinh back with jer otherwise you would continue your no response game.
