It was a little of that, but primarily his permaban was for Doxxing TOTD. He first did it on the ED Sep7 page but left his IP all over the bloody place like a pile of breadcrumbs. He was then given the very generous offer of 'don't do it again and we won't permaban you' but hurrdedurr he goes and does it again on some alts (Again, with no IP masking at all) so bazingabazumpga he got permabanned.
