I need to be up at 5am but of course I can't fall asleep and my body is super hot so I end up sweating under the blanket.

This happens literally every night before my work week starts and it pisses me off because I'm going to get no sleep and I'l be more miserable than I need to be on my "Monday". I'm not taking sleeping pills because I'll just sleep through my alarm, and I already have my AC running at fucking 73 in the house. Does anyone have any ways at cooling down my room some more? Although I'm starting to think my body is just over heating instead of the room.

What the point of running an AC if you're only setting it to 73?
