Should pheromone enhanced body spray be considered rape?

Let's say that Axe came out with a body spray that was enhanced with pheromones that induces sexual excitement in women. Since it's been proven that when women are aroused, they tend to do things they wouldn't normally do, this leads to instances where they would have sex with people they normally wouldn't if their heads were clear. Turning a no to a maybe or a maybe to a yes.

Since the pheromone spray is external and not of her choosing, could this be seen as rape?

This is in no way rape, you can't say someone raped you just because they smelled an arousing odor.
Besides, they could just as easily smell you and fuck the next guy they spoke to instead, because being aroused =/= impaired judgement.

That'd make for a great court case.
