About to do a crazy workout

Switching things up today, going out of my element and doing a more aerobic/interval type workout today mixed in with my regular stuff.

Gonna do:

1000 meter machine row
50 pushups
50 chin ups
Smith machine barbell row 4 x 15
T bar Row 4 x 15
Rear delt flies 4 x 15
50 pushups
50 chinups
1000 meter row

Followed by
Bike HIIT 15 second sprint 45 second slow x 15 minutes
2 mile jog on a hill incline
