But I think that you have to watch the movie to fully absorb the song.

The aal izz well part comes from the main guy's childhood, where this blind man would scout the house for thieves and such, but as he was blind (nobody knew at the time) he once shouted it when there actually came thieves.

The aal izz well did however makes it easier for him to sleep, so as it's said in the song; the heart's a fool and can be tricked.

It doesn't solve the problem, but it helps you focus on it.
