Yo jive or any other lifter here, I had multiple surgeries on my left forearm and its significantly less well defined and slightly smaller than my right forearm. Is there any good exercise to target forearm specifically? When I was super skinny it wasn't that noticable but now that my bis and tris and gaining some mass I think it looks a little strange.

In a fight? Probably, but not in an MMA match. It all depends on how big that person is, and how willing they are to defeat their opponent. Hafthor could've won against Mcgregor multiple times in that sparring sessions of their, but then again, Conor was limited to body shots too.

I think that Conor could land a number of attacks to the bodybuilder's groin, and end the fight pretty quick, but if the bodybuilder had a solid defensive stance and just charged into him, grabbed him, lifted him and then slammed him into the pavement, then the fight would be over.

Skull crushers and reverse curls would work the forearm. It's better to do compound exercises as a natural for muscle, at least if you haven't trained properly for around a year, so you could stick one of the aforementioned exercises in with things like dead lift and pull ups.

Forearm/Wrist Rollers are the best for that. Used them rehabbing from a wrist injury in Baseball and helped out my forearm game too.
