Put a bandage over it very firmly to keep it from getting rubbed constantly. Replace it at lest once a day and disinfect when you do.

I had one of those before, but it was on the back of my heel. I changed my shoes and it healed after about a week and a bit.

Why have you not put a patch on that already? The friction from shoes and socks won’t be doing you any favours.
Also related note, had a scabbing patch of skin in my buttcrack that hasn’t healed in 3 years and I’m only just now seeing a doctor about it rip
