Do you think the DCEU would have been established way before now?

They tried to set it up with Green Lantern and that failed so they tried again a few years later with Man of Steel, at this point they seemed pretty desperate while trying to keep up with Marvel.

So do you think if Nolan's Batman wasn't standalone OR didn't exist, would they have made a different Batman movie to kick off a movie universe?

Well the last few before it sucked dick so Batman movies needed to prove themselves again so I don't think they would've started a shared universe before they proved themselves again

I don't think they could have. Nolan's vision was supposed to be a realistic take on caped heroes. While some of his gadgets and feats defied physics, they mostly stayed within the realm of the believable. Adding other meta-humans to the mix would have gone against the premise he set.

I think Nolan's trilogy could have been interpreted as a setup for the older, more experienced Batman seen in BvS, but by itself they're not a great presentation of the character and the Nolanverse definitely wasn't ready for a Justice League. If the trilogy had dated itself a couple decades (say, ending in the late 80s), omitting the middle of his career and jumping right into a more mature Batman that's been through a Robin or two, it could've worked.

1. Warner Bros. had no plans of starting a huge comic book franchise because they already had a huge franchise named Harry Potter that they were focusing on.
2. Warner Bros. had no plans of ever bringing back Batman until Nolan convinced them to.

So no, the Nolan trilogy can't be blamed for anything and things would have probably turned out exactly the same as it is now if he had never touched Batman. And even if they did attempt to make an earlier DCEU, it would have sucked dick and crashed and burned after two movies max because WB is an incompetent studio and has no idea how to helm superhero movies.
