if you set a fire and relate its heat to the surface of the sun, then i suppose the fire could be considered cold in this context
likewise, ice cream could be considered warm if you relate it to the surface of pluto or something
but because human perception happens to provide the only practical and pertinent context for things like temperature, for all human intents and purposes, fire is hot and ice cream is cold
