She explicitly threatened to kick a pregnant woman in the stomach, so yeah I think her arrest is totally justified.

Basically a hate crime. The primary offence is the public disorder though.

To me, what separates a crime and a hate crime is the intent. If I shoot you for say your wallet, just you are the victim. If I shoot you because you're Muslim, my intent is to terrorize the entire Muslim community. The scope of victims is much broader.Sure, in both cases you are just as dead. But in one just your family is traumatized. The other an entire community is.
