We don't care about nudity--there's just a time and place for everything. Penises and vaginas and fat people are kinda gross, and nobody who isn't a degenerate wants to see them naked out in public--it's not that complicated.

Go walk outside naked. Send nudes to all your Internet buddies, if that's how you HONESTLY feel.

If you're not gonna do that, then therein lies the answer to your question.
Because if you are not comfortable with being naked in public, why should you honestly expect anyone else to be?

Because nudity spreads disease. There's a reason why civilizations have used clothing since their inception. For stable body temperatures and to prevent disease.

Underwear isn't just so you cover up your sexual organs. When you fart, you let loose feces particles. Your underwear catches it. If there was no underwear, the person near you could inhale your shit particles, and then possible catch a disease as humans aren't supposed to eat human shit. Plus, do you want a mosquito bite on the tip of a penis? No.
