I can't say I'm surprised it's coming from bama. That's messed up. They can still vote at schools and courts right?

i really don't see the problem of requiring a form of identification to vote. I mean how do you get through daily life without having at least some kind of ID?

Tests now will be given and new driver’s licenses issued in fewer places. But, officials said, people can still renew their licenses and, with the same documents required to get a driver’s license, can obtain free photo IDs in all of the county seats where the license examiners worked.
