What do you do when you get old?

Seems like most old people I talk to are either weakened cognitively, don't seem to think much about their lives, or just drifting. Seems like losing ability over your body limits you in enjoying life quite a bit.

Being old is the only time that shitting your pants while conscious of it is acceptable. Added bonus of saying whatever the hell you want with little to no consequences.
