Teleological, maybe.

Scientific and logical ignorance is a great argument in favor of God.

My stupidity is self evident.
I've come across a couple that could be pretty convincing given some modification and a willingness to forgo empiricism.

The existence of the universe and the third law of motion. I can post more substantial things but the vibe I get from this forum is generally hostile to this subject material.

pretty sure he's referring to Aquinas'  arguments from first cause.

It's essentially the idea that the Universe requires a prime mover for its existence, and this prime mover is God. Hence, first cause.

If I'm not here, I'm doing photography. Or I'm asleep. Or in lockdown. One of those three, anyway.

The current titlebar/avatar setup is just normal.
Hmm, this is interesting...

I'd have to go for our uniqueness in the known universe. Only planet in the explored and studied universe to have tectonics (at least active), have liquid water, and of course, life.

Sure we may not have discovered life or evidence of ancient life elsewhere yet but given the similarities between our Earth and Mars, the contrast in far more surprising. No life, arid, dead. It seems to me that if life were truly easy to create (i.e. doesn't need an all-powerful superbeing to start it), it would be at least on Mars, or observable on outer planets outside our solar system

Personally I think the final nail in the religious' coffin will be when we discover extra-terrestrial life, regardless of how simple or complex. It'll show us we aren't that unique, that we were created in "God's Image" (Then again, if we meet comparatively intelligent extra-terrestrials with a suspiciously similar religious belief akin to our own, I may decide to become at the very least Agnostic.)

I am always around, but never seen. I am often avoided, but you can't out run me. for I will come when you're old and grey, or maybe even the very next day. I will come with cold embrace, and give you rest with a chilled kiss on your face. I come in many forms of emotional state, whether it's irony, love, laughter, or hate. I am everyone's final fate.
The organization of matter.

the one true God is Doctor Doom and we should all be worshiping him.
The odds of one tiny piece of rock floating in space having the perfect conditions for so many forms of life to exist on are so astronomically low that the implication of some Higher Power orchestrating the whole thing don't seem that illogical, in hindsight. It's certainly a more feasible explanation than 'everything just sort of ended up like this'.

Doesn't necessarily mean it's the Biblical God though.

Pretty sure the odds are on favor for at least 1 of these in the entire universe

The odds being in favor of something guarantees nothing. Consider the countless factors that could end in a multitude of ways, and then consider that only one particular combination of those countless factors will result in a single planet capable of supporting life. And, of course, even if every condition is met, there's still no real reason for life to exist on that planet in the first place.

'We just got extremely, improbably lucky' is a possibility, but it's not any more logical than 'somebody set everything up and put us here on purpose'.

It probably comes down to what set the universe in motion.  Scientists still aren't sure, and they might have broken the laws of physics trying to find out.
