would be a better title for this.
because according to the chart in terms of number of people on food stamps it would look like this.
1. CA: 4.4mil
2. TX: 3.8mil
3. FL: 3.6mil
4. NY: 3mil
5. IL: 2mil
6. GA: 1.8mil
7. OH: 1.7mil

Those are actually just what I would have guessed. They are also the states that I associate with red necks. Go figure. Except D.C. I would not have guessed that. Or Oregon. I actually can't remember ever hearing about Oregon.

Yet red states are hit hardest because of legislation passed by Democrats, such as heavy regulations of coal and mining. Red states also are heavily military and agriculture
