This bill amends that previous bill to include boycotts led by the UN, and includes some administrative stuff about voicing US opposition to such at UN meetings. Weirdly enough, there aren't actually any current UN boycotts against Israel, so this bill is preemptive at best, and pointless at worst.

And yes, but when the enemy gives up and says they won't fight you, and you keep pushing them back under the guise of "we're defending ourselves", it no longer holds up.
