Really depends on what she ends up doing. Some of her opinions on human rights and the snooper charter are kind of worrisome, even though like Meta says she's not looking to leave the ECHR.

I'm more hoping when I say that, I mean she's not a bad person, but its rather dicey to eve tell at this point.

We're still going to be a member of the EU for two more years, so we aren't going to be excluded from this yet. And I really can't see the US or the EU pushing for us to be removed from this during the negotiations.

EDIT: Any news on that thing that was posted (possibly by me) not too long ago? Something else to do with data and privacy concerns that you said was currently going through the EU motions?
