The Pennsylvania Judicial Retirement Age Amendment is on the November 8, 2016, ballot in Pennsylvania as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. This measure was moved from the April 26, 2016, primary ballot to November.
A "yes" vote supports changing the mandatory retirement age from 70 to 75 for Supreme Court justices, judges, and justices of the peace.
A "no" vote rejects this amendment to change the mandatory retirement age at 70 for Supreme Court justices, judges, and justices of the peace.

The measure would increase the state's mandatory judicial retirement age from 70 to 75.

That's the only measure on the ballot, I think. I'll be going yes on that.
