Autism is overdiagnosed and any eccentric could be easily labeled as a burger. I remember reading a while back that over half of all cases of autism are misdiagnosed. We're still pretty much in the dark ages with mental health.

Aspergers is now considered part of the Autism Spectrum and is the highest functioning.
Newton doesn't surprise me. But I doubt Einstein did. He used to flash women, after all.
