Reread my post. The way I used the word didn't imply anything, it means literally what it means. You can be competent at kidnapping because you succumbed to your urges. There's different chemicals used. It's not tried and true but theoretically if it worked, do people agree it should be done to all pedophiles. That's the point of this thread.
