Volkswagen, he turned around Germany's economy and he manged to take over a lot of Europe with a post WW1 Germany. After WW1 the German economy was shit and they were hardly a threat due to the military restrictions. The last one is a negative but at the same time can also be a success due to the state Germany was in after the first war.

The other thing is that lets say he does have good ideas but the problem is that we don't no how good he be at them. Since he hasn't ran even a town we don't know how good he would be at running a country which is far larger and more complicated than a town.
