Of course they're frightened. If they make one wrong move their job and reputation is completely thrown out the door. And of course they want to hurt someone who is coming at them like that. I don't really blame them. It's a tough position, don't you think? I mean come on. A huge group like that against 5 cops? That's messed up.

I never actually saw it in the video, so it must have happened prior, couldn't have been too many people, though. Plenty of government buildings should be getting stormed. Hopefully this is growing into something bigger.

When someone is threatening your life, absolutely. And how is protesting violent? What the hell?

People can be violent and messy. Just check out those awful 99% protests. Sure it was mainly non-violent, but they left camps and messes behind that the city had to spend time and money cleaning up.
