A council of Native American leaders has offered partial amnesty to the estimated 220 million illegal white immigrants living in the United States.

At a meeting of the Native Peoples Council (NPC) in Albuquerque, New Mexico yesterday, Native American leaders considered several proposals on the future of this continent's large, unauthorized European population. The elders ultimately decided to extend a pathway to citizenship for those without criminal backgrounds.

"We are prepared to offer White people the option of staying on this continent legally and applying for citizenship," explains Chief Wamsutta of the Wampanoag nation. "In return, they must pay any outstanding taxes and give back the land stolen from our ancestors.

"Any white person with a criminal record, however, will be deported in the next 90 days back to their ancestral homeland. Rush Limbaugh will be going to Germany. Justin Bieber will depart for Canada. And the entire cast of Jersey Shore will be returning to Italy."

Sustained European colonization of North America began in the 16th and 17th centuries, when arrivals from France, Spain and England first established settlements on land that had hitherto been occupied by native peoples. Over the past 400 years immigrants from these countries and others throughout Europe have transformed the demography of the continent.

Despite their numerical superiority, many scholars question the legality of the European settlement, as it was founded on a mixture of unauthorized immigration, war and genocide.

Progressive native groups welcomed the council's decision today as a step forward towards normalizing relations with the White community. However, many conservative Native Americans are upset about the plan, claiming that amnesty will only serve to reward lawbreakers.

"Why can't we just deport all of the Whites back to Europe?" asks Ité Omáǧažu of the Lakota people, "They're just a drain on our economy anyway. They came over here to steal our resources because they're too lazy to develop their own back home.

"I can't believe we're just going to let them pay a fine. They should get to the back of the line like everybody else - behind the Mexicans."

My mom's side of the family worked hard to survive and embraced the American Dream, unlike many illegals; all they care about is coming here and sending money back to their home country, my family and true immigrants want to assimilate into American culture and become an American, that's what immigration is about. Immigrants are immigrants. Every American is an immigrant, and they're all illegal at that. Did the natives give any of you a visa? Nope. No American has the right to complain about immigration when these people are doing the same shit your ancestors did.

Just want to add that while Natives and Pilgrims were not BFFs as history wants to remember them as, the Natives didn't go around pushing them out of territory.  They treated each other diplomatically and through trade.  But as colonization grew, the Pilgrims wanted to expand their version of society and wiped out whole tribes.

Illegal Mexican immigrants, on the other hand, are escaping their homes to integrate into American lifestyles and pursue that legendary American Dream.  But like Challenger said, incredibly restrictive immigration laws and errors on pieces of paper are keeping them out of the country.  They're not wanting to turn everybody Mexican or exterminate people (no, I'm not denying the existence of very few criminals that go over the border and kill a few people), they want to live comfortably without the Cartels and oppressive governments breathing down their necks.  Hell, they're wanting to take even the WORST labor just to make a living, compared to the average American.

My Social Studies teacher in private school, who is a staunch Republican, infuriated the hardcore "MURRICA" members of my class when he said, "You know who picks those fruits and vegetables that you put on the dining room table?  They aren't your average Americans, that's for sure."  And it's because he's right.  One classmate stood up and claimed he'd do that kind of job any day.  Of course, now he just sits in his daddy's company making bank compared to me.

EDIT:  Well, ironically enough this country does make "illegals" who fight in our military American citizens after they do their duty.

Papers don't mean shit. Do criminals get in through the border? Yes. You solve that problem by making immigration easier and pardoning paperwork mistakes or status issues after 5 or 10 years.
