The guy even clarified at the start of the video that the whole point of the joke was to turn his girlfriend's cute pug into "the least cutest thing he can think of" AKA Nazis.

Not only has the Scottish criminal justice system completely missed the entire premise and structure of what a joke actually is, but how utterly inconsistent they've implemented these hate crime laws.

What about Prince Harry's Nazi costume? John Cleese's Faulty Tower's routine? If you're going to penalise Nazi jokes at least apply it across the board you fucks.
